Customer Service Coordinator

Reporting to Divisional Manager/Account Manager

Overall Objective:
To provide support to the sales team

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Sales team in preparation of Quotations, Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders
  • Support Sales team in planning and executing of projects, including logistic arrangements
  • Liaising with customer on project matters (primarily via telephone and email)
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales team, including any ad-hoc duties as & when required
  • Support Managers/Account Executives to follow up job closely
  • Conduct Sales where appropriate, including completion of paper work involved
  • Answering of incoming calls / Attending walk-in enquires
